* Original packaging, accessories, and any included items must be returned.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges may not be accepted if:

6. Delivery Charges
If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Connectify will cover the applicable return delivery cost.
For returns due to a change of mind, delivery or return charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

To request a refund or exchange, contact us through our official customer support/WhatsApp and provide:

* A description of the issue
* Photos or a video showing the problem, if applicable
